Breathe Deeper

In this section, I will share what I would balance or words you can use in your personal Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT) session to clear the dichotomies that are keeping you from what you want.  

EFT is a tapping technique that you follow along with and repeat. The idea behind it is that you are igniting with feeling the area of concern in its worst negative form, then integrating the goal… the positive juice, letting go of the non-supportive self-talk programmed that created the condition. You’ve got to be thinking “it” for “it” to exist… even on a deep deep level, the place where you are or were, is now or was in your thoughts or in your biology somewhere.  So tap it out or get help from a practitioner. I love this technique because I can do it myself. As with all my modalities, I had teachers to help me learn it properly. Other methods that are even quicker are available. Once you start, you will understand what I mean. The variety to your solution exists. The only reason someone doesn’t find a solution is that they stop looking.

EFT can be learned on thetappingsolution.com for free (make sure to tell the Ortner’s a loyal fan turned you on to their work), or on YouTube by typing in “EFT” and the area of concern (e.g. pain, sadness, indecisiveness, lack of resources). Practitioners introducing their work and showing you what they would tap for your solution show up by the 100s. 

Take a deep breath and choose wisely and be ok to try a few practitioners.  Add my balances (described below) if not already incorporated in their session.

For sufficient nutrition–eating the proper amount of food and getting nutrition from food–you could use EFT to tap out the actual way you would phrase your eating problem, then integrate by saying “I eat enough food and I eat foods that give me nutrition. My body absorbs nutrients efficiently. I feel good when I eat healthy food. I release all signs and symptoms of craving or choosing unhealthy food first!” “This is easier than I expected.”

I know unhealthy food is sometimes less expensive, but in the end, costs you if you are not feeling satisfied. It has also been proven that when we crave sugar we are actually depleted of the good stuff, nutrition.

Our body has specific needs. Do I believe in the food pyramid? It depends on which one we look at. Well, honestly, I think we decide what is best for us, but there is no denying that nutrition from food is better than supplementation, and I take a week, not a day, to eat everything in that pyramid.

I have a theory: For those who are overeaters and under eaters willing to help me try it out, I will even gift you balancing sessions to work on your food/eating issues. But you gotta stay true to the effort, and we will balance that you can do that easily and comfortably, naturally, etc. first.

Here it is. One cup of food for every waking hour. Chew it to liquid. Vegetables are free for all, what you pour over them is part of your cup count. Having trouble sleeping?  Did you know you have a system that supports your awake hours and a system that supports your sleep hours?  If you aren’t sleeping when you want to,  their timing needs adjustment. I would balance that the Sympathetic Nervous System turns off at the time you choose, and the Parasympathetic Nervous System turns on at the same time, then the opposite: that the Parasympathetic Nervous System turns off when the Sympathetic Nervous System turns back on.  I always include balances that support the belief in the possibility of instant change.

When we balance, we correct beliefs at the subconscious level back to congruency with the conscious mind. You may think your body knows it heals itself naturally, but if your parent(s) gave you pills, or remember Triaminic from back in the day…every time you didn’t feel so good, chances are you shut that “healing yourself naturally” switch off long ago, believing you needed something outside you to do the job. Lovely band-aids, right? We can fix this together.

So you have some choices

First, you must Decide. The magic is in the decision. If better health is really what you want, or better anything actually, I work with it all and so do all other modalities in the truest of the holistic world. Practitioners may specialize but seriously, since we are dealing with the whole body, mind, spirit concept of a person, not symptoms and band-aids, it’s just one issue or another.

Second, do some research here to familiarize yourself with different modalities and watch some videos, find what get’s you excited. In references there are some links and a few youtube must-watch… third try EFT or pick a practitioner to start your process or find meditations on youtube that guide you. Learn TM, Transcendental Meditation and I am always here for balancing and deep exploration to unravel the story that entangles you.


I am also offering for the next few months free online time to discuss instructions, ideas, tools.  I have 6 stand-alone informative classes I’d love to bring to communities.  Cure the World Curriculum I call it.  It’s specific and to the point time where I can share in microdoses what everyone else is saying about wellness.  I have 25 years of experience, I’ve been paying attention, practicing, and there are a lot of people out there that are sincere but their marketing devalues our intelligence.  I have deciphered through the unnecessary hours of the same thing over and over and over again and the points that get missed. I have addressed it here, but I’m going live so you can hear me too. 

WHO:

You and I.  Everyone.  All of us who are breathing and anyone who suffers from anything.  Even animals can benefit from these processes.

WHAT:

We can change our biology.  Our bodies will expire, some faster than others maybe, but for those of us who are alive, breathing, and aware enough to know choices exist, there is still the opportunity to defy what they say: whoever “they” are who told you about pain, deterioration, and getting old… This information could make it fun, and practice will prove them wrong.  Deteriorating is easier, but living without pain is more fun and you may be at a stage where it will take some determination, action, and commitment, maybe a diet change…what else are you doing?  You have to do something different to generate change. Don’t give in to any condition you aren’t excited about. And get excited! EVERY problem has a solution; it’s a universal law or something like that. Let’s find your solution.

WHERE:

Anywhere and everywhere, at home, in private, in a group, in front of your computer, your mirror, on your knees, sitting, standing, sleeping, while you exercise, while you wish you were exercising.

WHEN:

  • The best time is now.
  • Are you ready to experience something effective?   
  • Are you willing to take a look at your role in the condition honestly?
  • Remember: undesired resistance lies to us.
  • Know: if it’s positive change you want to experience, you can and will.
  • It all starts with your decision.
  • Decide before your last breath.

Reading this is a great start if you are looking for a solution.  

 

HOW:

  • Decide what it is you want. 
  • Decide you are willing to do whatever it takes to achieve your goal. 
  • Decide to consider you may have to own some of your participation in its creation. 
  • Decide this condition is life making you stop and finally pay attention to your system and own biology.  Otherwise, you wouldn’t learn HOW POWERFUL YOU are. 

When your ready and have decided you are open for a solution, take a deeper intentional breath after you read this and sit in the feeling of the solved issue.  Do it for at least 17 seconds, a few times every day.

Pay attention.  Your body already holds the answer and you find it!  Is an internal voice telling you something? Listen!!! You are supposed to listen to it. Be open to receiving from any positive resource. If it’s telling you lies (you will know it’s lies because the thought won’t make you feel better). Keep doing the work and reach out for help.  My classes are free and I can get anyone who wants through to a better feeling side of anything or I can introduce you to something that will.

Start with references, on this site.  Decide to do something different every day until you find what’s working.  Do something every day until you get your solution, then go for it fully.  

Giving up is not an option for the serious, determined person.  If you don’t believe there is a solution for you, then CHANGE THAT BELIEF! You are deserving.  We are not here to be miserable; we are here to thrive!  And I promise you, you have people who relate, understand, and believe like you do. 

Be brave, take deep breaths, let yourself believe you can be found if you feel lost. Keep breathing.

If there is no movement forward, work with your perspective and belief system.

WHY:

Does anyone really want to struggle?  Does anyone really want to be in pain?  No one deserves to be in pain!  And you don’t have to be. Test me.
