What to Expect in a Holistic Session. All practitioners are unique. We bring our life experience, joys, insights, and maturity to these new ways of thinking and living. However, there are still some elements that hold true across the board. We recognize a universal law and principles about all parts of the picture being important. We seek the attention and elimination of the source of an issue rather than treating the symptoms. There are 100’s of effective modalities including Meditation, which done properly, it too can support healing in magical ways. The deepest understanding after 25 years of practice, is it’s all in the decision.
Generally,
we do not have to relive trauma or talk about what we fear. However, processes that could have you relive the trauma include and are not limited to:
- Auditing, a great way to really understand and dig deep.
- TimeLine Therapy will take you there until it’s no longer fearful too.
- Neuro Emotional Technique (NET), will also target what comes up and if it’s trauma…
In your safe session environment just KNOW, that the emotion passes (permanently when ready) with these processes. Some people forget they ever had something to work on. Life just feels better.
In a session that uses muscle testing, you are normally sitting in a chair. Massage tables are practical too, but sitting on them is more common than lying on them. Standing is also possible. You hold your arm up and hold it there while the practitioner tests for responses. I use a client’s fingers more often if the hands are healthy.
Theta and BARS are great in a zero-gravity chair. You relax and your practitioner does the work.
The body and mind have no right or wrong care factor, it’s an unbiased director to your life. We now know traumas or gifts from behind us may no longer serve us. We can leave survival mode in the past to live in thriving mode today. We honor our bloodline without judgment, give back their fate, and claim ours with Family Constellation work. I must say, one of my favorite modalities, next to the Neuro-Emotional Technique (NET).
Physical work is valuable as well. Regular sessions with massage therapists and chiropractors are life-changing. This work can take a toll on the practitioner’s body. Be kind to these givers. Everyone deserves to have one every week, including them. World peace would be imminent. A good Chiropractor is worth it as well. NET, often done in offices alongside chiropractic care, is, by far, the best relief I’ve ever felt and I look forward to learning this process ASAP.
Holistic session times vary so ask upfront. A life-changing session can last 15 minutes or 90. The actual change happens in seconds.
Pricing should also be discussed upfront. Less practitioners work for donations.
DISCLAIMER: Expect that you may sign a disclaimer, a release of liability form, or sign something somewhere that you understand the session is not to replace the advice and direction of your licensed medical doctor. We do not diagnose or claim to cure anything. This information is not to take the place of a medical doctor.
In a one-on-one in-person session with me,
we will find our comfortable place to discuss what’s going on and to clarify the goal(s). Then sitting or standing, with muscle testing and Psych-K mostly, I simply begin turning back on switches, turning off old patterning, and balancing out any dichotomies— divisions or contrasts between beliefs in the subconscious brain and the conscious part of the brain. My work is fast, effective, and bypasses details. Together, we can eliminate untethered unhealthy emotions, disengage unsupportive self-talk, and amplify all efforts toward movement in the direction of what you want.
I also do surrogate sessions where we are in two different places. This has proven just as effective for decades. Even Edgar Casey from the late 1800s has thousands of remote healing sessions. Of course, now we have video sessions too. You can learn more about my services on the Connect tab.
