And for a FABULOUS look at Family Constellation work, on Netflix Another Self. It is a Turkish series, 8 episodes long and BRILLIANT. It is subtitled for those who don’t speak the language.

WHO:

You and I.  Everyone.  All of us who are breathing and anyone who suffers from anything.  Even animals can benefit from these processes.

WHAT:

This is about actual Processes that heal the human and animal biology and experiences.  We can change our biology.  40 years of cellular research prove this as depicted in: The Biology of Belief  by Dr. Bruce Lipton. 

Our bodies will expire, some faster than others.  For those of us who are alive, breathing, and understand that stagnation is eminent death.  Life and vitality, joy come threw seeking and exploring, threw have their opposite.  When we are aware enough to know choices exist, there is still the opportunity to defy what “they” say.  Whoever “they” are who told you about pain, deterioration, and getting old… This information here could make like pain free and fun.  Heathy, natural, mindful practice will prove them wrong. 

Deteriorating is easier, but living without pain is possible always and strong healthy and capable is more fun.  You may be at a stage where it will take some determination, action, and commitment, maybe a small diet change…what else are you doing?  When you think you now the problem and nothing is changing, you have the wrong problem.  Be aware, a diet change is something that will occur naturally, with little to no effort when you decide to live your best healthy life.  Give yourself permission to explore the areas you may have never considered and uncover any limiting beliefs programed in your subconscious that doesn’t supports that decision.  You have to do something different to generate change. Don’t give in to any condition you aren’t excited about. And get excited! EVERY problem has a solution; it’s a universal law or something like that. Let’s find your solution.

WHERE:

Anywhere and everywhere, at home, in private, in a group, in front of your computer, your mirror, on your knees, sitting, standing, sleeping, while you exercise, while you wish you were exercising.

WHEN:

  • The best time is now.
  • Are you ready to experience something effective?   
  • Are you willing to take a look at your role in the condition honestly?
  • Remember: undesired resistance lies to us.
  • Know: if it’s positive change you want to experience, you can and will.
  • It all starts with your decision.
  • Decide before your last breath.

Reading this is a great start if you are looking for a solution.  

 

HOW:

  • Decide what it is you want. 
  • Decide you are willing to do whatever it takes WITHIN your honor and power to achieve your goal. 
  • Be gentle with yourself, accept and be open to the new information that could be needed.
  • Consider you may have to own some of your participation in its creation.
  • Give yourself permission to access your birthright fully.  
  • Decide this situation (reasons you are seeking answers and information)is life making you stop and finally pay attention to your own biology,  otherwise, you won’t learn how POWERFUL you are. 

When you’re ready and have decided you are open for something different, supportive of the goal,  open yourself up to explore what “magical!” could feel like, or something more believable to you.  Maybe it is feeling supported… take a deeper intentional breath after you read this and sit in your best effort, give yourself a glimpse and allow yourself to experience what the feeling of living your goal feels like.  YOU wake up, and your goal is achieved, in all your body parts you feel it, can you imagine what that would be?  Go to the place in your mind where you can play out the result as though it is now when you open your eyes.  Do it for at least 17 seconds, a few times every day.  Outside of winning a billion dollar lottery at this stage with in a day I can get confirmation of a goals direction.  I can show you how. 

Pay attention; A free offering of  time and consideration to the help you will show up around you.  Accept it.  be gentle with yourself when you realize help has been around you always.   

Your body already holds the answer and you are designed to find it! The limiting beliefs since before you were born need to be dealt with if you are idling. 

The manual to your life is in your heart.  Is an internal voice telling you something? Listen!!! You are supposed to listen to it. Be open to receiving from any positive resource. If it’s telling you lies (you will know it’s lies because the thought won’t make you feel better). Keep doing the work and reach out and accept help. 

My Magic Monday Morning classes are free and I can show anyone who wants to a better feeling side of anything or I can introduce you to someone or something that will.

Start with references, on this site.  Decide to do something different every day until you find what’s working.  Do something every day until you get your solutions, then go for them fully.  That in fact is the work.  Taking action steps to align with your inner guidance. 

Giving up is not an option for the serious, determined person.  If you don’t believe there is a solution for you, then CHANGE THAT BELIEF! You are deserving.  We are not here to be miserable; we are here to thrive!  And I promise you, you have people who relate, understand, and believe like you do. 

Be brave, take deep breaths, let yourself believe you can be found if you feel lost. Keep breathing. Take  conscious deeper breaths with intention to let anything and everything holding you back go right now.  It no longer serves you and it’s ok.                                               

If it feels like there is no movement forward, work with your perspective and belief systems.

WHY:

Does anyone really want to struggle?  Does anyone really want to be in pain?  No one deserves to be in pain!  And you don’t have to be. Test me.
